I notice that under transactions, once someone has done the payment by call or text, it comes up underpayment status saying Paid. Does this change to Cleared? Or something else, so that we know that the individuals payment has cleared. thanks

Hi Nick, When the money comes in from the supplier (this can take weeks) the status goes to ‘gained’. Then you can claim your money and when it gets paid out the status goes to ‘paid out’. Best regards, Bastiaan |
